In spite of having an online service for customer support, Call Centers had a growing amount of phone queries because this online service had a poor capacity when searching for content and the customers would not find what they were looking for. Meanwhile, the operators of these centers needed to be trained in order to provide customers with quick and effective solutions to their inquiries. For these reasons, our client decided to invest in a better solution and, by choosing us, we provided a full-fledged e-CRM solution. It features a powerful searcher and the contents are accessible also from all the Call Centers in Latin America through a B2B-XML service. Now, and thanks to our solution, which has surpassed the prospective results, our client continues to invest and we have already put online the second phase of the support site.
