The service maintenance agreement includes consulting, troubleshooting, training, recovery from "data loss", collaboration with other providers, graphic design, security updates, new features/extensions, service monitoring, adjustment of performance and integration with third party software (eg. Varnish).

Drupal and Wordpress are constantly releasing new versions, as do other free software products. Using free software also implies being more careful about the security risks. We update your site as part of the support agreement, whenever a module update is released by the Drupal/Wordpress community.
